Since 1862 our meat market has enjoyed a unique reputation as a place where "you can see your meat cut," and we offer our customers only the finest dry-aged beef available. In keeping with tradition, our meatcutters provide a willingness to accommodate customers with their friendliness, professionalism and personalized service.

Our meatcutters are highly skilled, are able to provide our customers with all types of special cuts, and are always willing to fill special requests.

Among our customer favorites are New York strip steaks, ribeye steaks, filet mignon, baby back ribs, loin lamb chops, prime rib roast, boneless/skinless chicken breasts and our weekly fish specials. For special dinners and holidays, our beef tenderloin is at the top of the list for many of our customers. We also offer crown pork roast, leg of lamb, veal, and ham.

We offer a variety of homemade and ready-to-cook items prepared by our meatcutters including stuffed chicken breasts, meatballs, Italian sausage, stuffed peppers, flank steak rollups and the very popular "McChesney Burgers."
